AU Summary
Jun. 23rd, 2018 02:52 pm| Loki Laufeysson; ☄ Slytherin ☄ Sixth-year ☄ Quidditch Keeper ☄ Wand: Willow and Dragon Heartstring, after much trial and error ☄ Metamorphmagus (they assume) ☄ Adopted Loki Laufeysson's best subject is Transfiguration, but he excels in any type of magic that involves illusion or transformation. He has a decided skill with wands, even wands that are temperamental to their own owners, and was very difficult to match to a particular wand because each one he tested seemed to be compatible with him. His mother has encouraged him to take up wandcraft as a trade and he's beginning to consider it. Because he can change his appearance at will, his adopted parents assume he's a metamorphmagus. He has no way of knowing that he's actually a changeling and not human at all. He's always refining his skills (which don't seem to be quite the same as other metamorphmagi, but he doesn't like thinking about that) and often walks around with hair a different color as practice. He doesn't need to think about maintaining the illusion of his appearance anymore and most people have forgotten what he really looks like, if they've ever seen it at all. It's only in times of extreme stress or anger that he slips. |
